Instructions:

Your KOR membership is set to auto-renew when it expires, so you don't experience any disruption in your KOR services. If you prefer to cancel your auto-renewal, follow the steps below.

Enter the billing module
Select the team or your personal subscription
Once you have selected the team or personal subscription, go to subsriptions and press cancel subscriptions

NOTE: When canceling a subscription, what is canceling is the automatic payment which is no longer made to the next billing cycle, and the account remains active until the last day of the subscription that was paid.
